This project builds on the FMT’s substantial body of evaluation projects as well as the development of internal memorandums providing guidance to the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy on different aspects of State Flex Program (SFP) operations. The products will contain resources including a list of proposed project activities by program area, an inventory of all proposed outcome measures, and a detailed analysis and inventory of proposed activities with links to outcomes across the five-year funding cycle.
