This project will evaluate rounds 2 and 3 of the Flex Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Supplement projects. The evaluation focuses on monitoring project activities, identifying any challenges and barriers to project operation, and assessing progress on the outputs and outcome measures identified for each project. It will also provide information to the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy to assist in targeting funding to support EMS activities under the Flex Program.
